Anitra C. Tucker, Professional Mediator & Arbitrator, is a passionate neutral and the founder of The Olive Branch Alliance Group LLC. With a background in healthcare, government, and social services, she integrates expertise and compassion in mediation, arbitration, and healthcare consulting. Her work emphasizes fairness, accountability, and integrity, helping organizations tackle complex regulations and resolve disputes.
Anitra specializes in balanced resolutions under the No Surprises Act (NSA), healthcare disputes, and family-centered mediation services. She believes that challenges are opportunities for building trust and understanding, and her aim is to foster effective communication, ensure compliance, and advocate for sustainable solutions.
Her academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Organizational Management specializing in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a focus in Social Work. She is a Certified Professional Compliance Officer (CPCO) and has pursued additional certifications, including Certified Specialist in Payment & Reimbursement, Mediator, Arbitrator Certifications, alongside a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the Workplace certificate.
